These terms apply to all promotions, discount codes, and special offers made available by CutieBirdy Canada. By using a promotion or discount code, you agree to the following terms.

🏷️ Discount Codes

Discount codes must be entered at checkout to be applied — discounts cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.
Codes are single-use per customer unless otherwise stated.
Only one discount code may be applied per order unless explicitly stated in the promotion.
Codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for store credit or refunded.
CutieBirdy Canada reserves the right to cancel or void a discount code at any time if misuse or fraud is suspected.

⏰ Validity & Expiry

All promotions and discount codes are valid for the stated period only. Expired codes will not be honoured.
Promotions are available while supplies last. CutieBirdy Canada is not responsible for stock running out during a promotional period.
Flash sales and limited-time offers cannot be extended or applied outside the stated window.

🚫 Exclusions

Unless explicitly stated, promotions and discount codes:

Cannot be combined with other offers, codes, or promotions
Do not apply to pre-order items
Do not apply to sale or already-discounted items
Cannot be applied to shipping fees
Are not valid on previous purchases

🎁 First-Time Customer Discounts

First-time discount codes are valid for new customers only — one per household/email address.
CutieBirdy Canada reserves the right to cancel orders where a first-time code is used fraudulently by an existing customer.

🔄 Returns on Discounted Orders

If an item purchased with a discount code is eligible for a refund under our Refund Policy, the refund will reflect the amount actually paid (after discount), not the full retail price.
