At CutieBirdy Canada, we offer pre-orders so you can reserve products before they arrive in stock. This policy explains how pre-orders work and how to manage or cancel them.

🛍️ Pre-Orders

Pre-orders allow you to reserve a product before it arrives in stock.

Payment: Depending on the offer, you may be charged in full at checkout or a partial deposit (typically 50%) with the remaining balance collected closer to shipment.
Cancellations: You may cancel your pre-order at any time before your order has been fulfilled. To request a cancellation, email us at info@cutiebirdy.ca with your order number.
Refunds on cancellation: Any deposit or full payment collected will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Once fulfilled: Once your pre-order has shipped, our standard Refund Policy applies.
Estimated ship dates: Shipping timelines are estimates and may change due to supply or logistics delays. We will notify you of any significant changes.
