How much does shipping cost?
Canadian orders ship at a flat rate β $7.49 for Hamilton, $16.99 for the rest of Canada, and from $34.99 for the Territories. U.S. orders are calculated live at checkout via DHL Express or FedEx β just enter your address to see your exact rate. Duties and taxes for U.S. orders are included at checkout, so no surprise charges at the door.
When will I get my order?
Orders are processed in 1β3 business days before shipping. Canadian orders typically arrive in 3β14 business days depending on your zone β Hamilton area is usually 3β5 days, and the rest of Canada 3β8 days. U.S. orders arrive in 1β3 business days via DHL Express or 2β5 business days via FedEx. Youβll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
What is the return policy?
All sales at CutieBirdy Canada are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyerβs remorse. However, if your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, we will absolutely make it right β just contact us within 3 business days of delivery at info@cutiebirdy.ca with your order number, photos of the item(s), and photos of the shipping label/packaging (for damage claims).
How do pre-orders work?
Pre-ordering lets you reserve an item before itβs in stock β and as a thank-you, you save 10% off the regular price. You pay 50% upfront to secure your order, and the remaining 50% is charged when your item is ready to ship. Youβll get a confirmation email right away, and another notification before the balance is collected.
