Priced separately from the rest of Europe — being islands, freight to Malta and Cyprus genuinely costs more, so we couldn't fold them into the same rate as mainland Europe without either overcharging everyone else or losing money on every order to these two. Same free-shipping threshold as the rest of the EU either way.
Duties, import taxes and customs fees are already included in every price above — for the US (since August 2025), Mexico (since 2025) and the EU (since July 2026) all removed duty-free treatment on low-value parcels, but you'll never be asked to pay anything extra when your package arrives.

Do you ship outside Canada and the U.S.?
Yes — alongside Canada and the United States, we ship to Mexico, the United Kingdom, and 27 European countries (all 25 listed above, plus Malta and Cyprus). We're always working on adding more — if yours isn't listed yet, reach out and we'll let you know if it's coming.
Why is the free-shipping threshold a different number in every currency?
Each threshold is set for its own market rather than converted on the fly, so it stays a clean, predictable number no matter which currency you're shopping in — $69.99 CAD, $50.00 USD, €45.00, £35.00 or $899.00 MXN, depending on where you're ordering from.
Why is Malta or Cyprus priced differently from the rest of Europe?
Both are islands, and freight there genuinely costs more than shipping to mainland Europe. Rather than raise the price for all 25 other EU countries to cover that gap, we priced Malta and Cyprus on their own — they still get the same €45.00 free-shipping threshold as everywhere else in the EU.
Is Canada really weight-based now, not a flat rate?
Yes — every destination we ship to, including Canada, uses the same weight-based model. A single small item stays cheap; a bigger or heavier cart scales up accordingly, and you'll always see the real number in your cart before checking out.
Will I owe anything extra when my package arrives?
No. Duties, import taxes and customs fees are calculated and included in the shipping price you pay at checkout — nothing extra is collected on delivery, for any destination we ship to.
My package is stuck in customs — what do I do?
This is usually just routine clearance and resolves itself within a day or two. If it's been longer, message us with your order number and we'll follow up with the carrier on your behalf.
Do you ship anywhere else?
Not yet — right now we ship within Canada and to the United States, Mexico, the United Kingdom and the EU countries listed above. We're actively working on more destinations, so keep an eye on this page.
