We ship to all 50 U.S. states using DHL Express and FedEx. Unlike our Canadian rates, U.S. rates are calculated live at checkout based on your order's weight, size and delivery address — enter your address at checkout to see your exact price and pick whichever option works best for you.

  • Canadian rates are flat, not weight-based. Very large or heavy orders may occasionally cost more to ship than the flat rate covers — we'll always contact you first if that's the case.
  • Estimates aren't guarantees. Weather, holidays and high season can add a few extra days.
  • Item arrived damaged? Message us within 3 business days of delivery with a photo and we'll sort it out.

Frequently asked questions

Why is my Canadian rate a flat fee but my U.S. rate different every time?
Within Canada we absorb the small differences between postal codes into one simple flat price per zone. U.S. shipments go through DHL or FedEx's live rate calculator instead, since cross-border pricing depends on exact weight, box size and destination — so it's quoted fresh at checkout rather than fixed in advance.
Will I have to pay duties or taxes on a U.S. order?
Likely yes. As of August 2025, the U.S. removed its duty-free allowance for low-value parcels, so every package entering the U.S. — no matter the order total — can be subject to duties and import taxes. Both DHL Express Worldwide and FedEx International Connect Plus support prepaid duties through our checkout, meaning any duties owed are calculated and collected upfront when you pay — so there's nothing extra due at your door either way.
Which U.S. shipping option should I choose?
Both options include duties upfront at checkout, so it mainly comes down to speed vs. price. DHL Express Worldwide is our fastest option (1–3 business days). FedEx International Connect Plus is our more economical option (2–5 business days). Pick whichever fits your timeline and budget.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. territories?
Yes — both carriers reach all 50 states. Alaska, Hawaii and more remote addresses generally sit at the longer end of the delivery windows above.
My package is stuck in customs — what do I do?
This is usually just routine clearance and resolves itself within a day or two. If it's been longer, message us with your order number and we'll follow up with the carrier on your behalf.
Can I get free shipping on a U.S. order?
Not currently — because U.S. rates fluctuate with weight and duties, we're not able to offer a flat free-shipping threshold the way we do for Canadian orders.
Do you ship outside Canada and the U.S.?
Not at this time — we currently ship within Canada and to the United States only.
