Canadian orders ship at a flat rate — $7.49 for Hamilton, $16.99 for the rest of Canada, and from $34.99 for the Territories. U.S. orders are calculated live at checkout via DHL Express or FedEx — just enter your address to see your exact rate. Duties and taxes for U.S. orders are included at checkout, so no surprise charges at the door.

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days before shipping. Canadian orders typically arrive in 3–14 business days depending on your zone — Hamilton area is usually 3–5 days, and the rest of Canada 3–8 days. U.S. orders arrive in 1–3 business days via DHL Express or 2–5 business days via FedEx. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

All sales at CutieBirdy Canada are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer’s remorse. However, if your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, we will absolutely make it right — just contact us within 3 business days of delivery at info@cutiebirdy.ca with your order number, photos of the item(s), and photos of the shipping label/packaging (for damage claims).

Pre-ordering lets you reserve an item before it’s in stock — and as a thank-you, you save 10% off the regular price. You pay 50% upfront to secure your order, and the remaining 50% is charged when your item is ready to ship. You’ll get a confirmation email right away, and another notification before the balance is collected.
