加拿大訂單採固定運費 — 漢密爾頓為 $7.49，加拿大其他地區為 $16.99，領地則為 $34.99 起。美國訂單的運費會在結帳時透過 DHL Express 或 FedEx 即時計算 — 只要輸入您的地址即可查看確切費率。美國訂單的關稅與稅費已包含在結帳金額中，因此送貨到府時不會有意外費用。
我什麼時候會收到訂單？
訂單會在出貨前於 1–3 個工作天內處理。加拿大訂單通常會在 3–14 個工作天內送達，實際時間取決於您所在的區域——漢密爾頓地區通常需 3–5 天，加拿大其他地區則需 3–8 天。美國訂單透過 DHL Express 寄送時，會在 1–3 個工作天內送達；透過 FedEx 寄送時，則需 2–5 個工作天。訂單出貨後，您會立即收到包含追蹤資訊的電子郵件。
預購是如何運作的？
